Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the evolution of AI Developer Experience, enabling engineers to safely and effectively leverage AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Drive evaluation, adoption, and governance of AI development tooling, ensuring practical, secure, and measurable adoption.
  • Measure and improve developer workflow speed across TypeScript/Node and Python codebases, including build times, linting, and testing.
  • Own devcontainer strategy, shared internal libraries, and developer-facing test infrastructure.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with meaningful time on developer tooling, platform engineering, or developer productivity.
  • Deep familiarity with TypeScript/Node and Python ecosystems.
  • Experience with monorepo tooling (Nx or similar) and devcontainer-based development environments.
  • Practical experience evaluating and integrating AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, Cursor, Codex).
