What you will drive
- Provide holistic and trauma-informed legal advice and counsel to victims of sexual violence.
- Represent clients in court and administrative hearings, including Title IX proceedings, protection order petitions, and employment discrimination matters.
- Prepare legal documents, investigate complaints, and collaborate with internal and external groups addressing sexual violence.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and active Pennsylvania law license.
- Minimum three years of legal practice experience, with significant courtroom experience preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills; litigation experience.
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania civil law related to sexual violence, including protection orders, Title IX, and privileged communications.
