Staff Attorney - Litigation

• Litigate high-impact cases on behalf of individuals, groups, and classes of workers to enforce and defend workers' rights.
• Develop litigation by working with partners, conducting outreach, and handling intakes on the legal helpline.
• Draft and file amicus briefs in high-profile cases related to strategic priorities.
• Support communications work by preparing clients for media and reviewing press materials.

• J.D. and admitted to practice law.
• At least 2 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with litigation development.
• Excellent written and oral communication, advocacy, research, and analytical skills.

Salary: $85,000–$122,500 (full-time). Benefits include 18 weeks paid family/medical leave, accrued PTO up to 19.5 days/year (26 after 5 years), unlimited paid sick days, 13 holidays, office closures, 4 personal days, bereavement leave, pre-tax health/dental/vision insurance, pre-tax retirement contributions, professional fee reimbursement, and home office stipends.
