• Handle legal cases from initial client meeting through pleadings, discovery, and judgment.
• Conduct individual and systemic litigation in state and federal court, and administrative tribunals.
• Travel statewide for case work and training, including overnight.

This role ensures that persons with disabilities in Missouri have access to legal representation and advocacy to protect their rights and improve their quality of life.

• Missouri Bar license in good standing required; must be eligible to obtain federal admissions.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Willing and able to travel statewide, including overnight.
