Sr Technical Program Manager, ML & Robotics Platform

• Serve as the outcome and domain owner for a portfolio of technical programs, bootstrapping ambitious initiatives into clear execution paths.
• Weave cross-organizational interdependencies into a unified program strategy and evangelize it across engineering teams.
• Act as a high-velocity roadblock smasher, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Shape strategic roadmaps for the robotics platform and develop best practices for development processes.

This role enables the development of intelligent machinery that helps farmers, construction crews, and foresters implement safer, more sustainable solutions, reducing reliance on scarce labor and increasing profitability.

• 7+ years of experience driving complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong track record of building alignment across diverse technical teams without formal authority.
• Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Systems design or technical architecture experience.
