Mission
What you will drive
- Provide technical advice on GHG measurement and monitoring, climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies, climate risk analysis, ecosystem evaluation, and nature positive solutions in agricultural supply chains.
- Lead or support client interactions, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Develop knowledge products, training, and decision-support tools for climate mitigation and nature-based approaches.
- Support new business development and mentor junior staff.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in international development or environment-related field required; graduate degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in climate change adaptation/mitigation/resilience and GHG accounting for land use.
- Industry understanding of GHG profiles and mitigation strategies for commodities like palm oil, cocoa, cereals, etc.
- Experience with GHG Protocol, Science Based Targets initiative, and carbon quantification methodologies.
