What you will drive

  • Own and grow strategic customer relationships, managing the full lifecycle from early engagement through deal execution and expansion.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, developing winning strategies in competitive environments.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close large, sophisticated deals that align customer needs with Nextpowerโ€™s capabilities.
  • Manage a team of Sales Analysts/Associates to support customers.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 12+ years of experience in complex B2B sales (energy or infrastructure preferred).
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong commercial, technical, and interpersonal acumen; ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.
