What you will drive
- Own and grow strategic customer relationships, managing the full lifecycle from early engagement through deal execution and expansion.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, developing winning strategies in competitive environments.
- Structure, negotiate, and close large, sophisticated deals that align customer needs with Nextpowerโs capabilities.
- Manage a team of Sales Analysts/Associates to support customers.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 12+ years of experience in complex B2B sales (energy or infrastructure preferred).
- Bachelorโs degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong commercial, technical, and interpersonal acumen; ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.
