What you will drive

  • Develop and maintain technical requirements for battery energy storage control systems and Power Conversion Systems (PCS) aligned with company goals and industry standards.
  • Review project-specific requirements and ensure compliance for control systems and PCS.
  • Develop cybersecurity requirements and templates, and track applicable standards to communicate implications to R&D, commercial, and engineering teams.
  • Conduct risk assessments, assist with certification testing, and utilize AI tools and version control for requirements management.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in design and implementation of global compliance standards for products such as SCADA, EMS, batteries, electrical systems, HVAC, inverters, or other industrial products.
  • Knowledge of UL & IEC requirements, NERC-CIP cybersecurity requirements, and battery-related standards (IEC62619, UL1973, etc.).
  • Proven ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and collaborate across disciplines.
