Sr. Program Manager UIUX Design

• Manage the operational implementation of UI/UX features from concept to production, ensuring seamless integration between design and engineering.
• Define roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure timely product releases.
• Act as the interface between UIUX design team and digital engineering, translating design intent into technical requirements.
• Create and improve development and implementation processes.

This role directly contributes to the development of luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and promote a sustainable future, by ensuring seamless integration of user interface and experience from concept to production.

• Minimum 5+ years experience in an automotive environment.
• Project management / Technical program management skills.
• Proficiency with program management tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet.
• Strong understanding of software/hardware integration in automotive.
• Experience with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Unreal Engine, Android, Unity, Kanzi, Qt.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in digital product design, software engineering with focus on UIUX or similar field.

Competitive salary range: $157,500 - $231,000 USD annually. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, 401k, and eligibility for equity program and discretionary annual incentive program.
