Mission
What you will drive
- Own new campus recruitment for the Civic Gym, from prospecting through signed agreements.
- Manage the full sales cycle for new institutional partners, including outreach, relationship building, and closing.
- Maintain an active pipeline in HubSpot, deliver revenue forecasts, and analyze win/loss data to improve conversion rates.
- Represent the organization at conferences and events, and eventually build and lead a sales team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or institutional sales, with higher education experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing a complex sales pipeline independently and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong relationship builder with ability to engage senior administrators and institutional decision-makers.
- Data-informed approach with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot); experience hiring and managing a small team is a plus.
