Sr. Manager, Data Engineering & Analytics

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data and analytics engineers, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Define the data engineering and analytics roadmap aligned with company goals, prioritizing data platform investments and analytics capabilities.
• Oversee the design, reliability, scalability, and governance of data infrastructure, including data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI tooling.
• Ensure business stakeholders have accurate dashboards, metrics, and ad hoc analysis to support decision-making across functions.

This role enables Serve Robotics to scale its autonomous delivery fleet by building robust data infrastructure and analytics, reducing urban congestion and emissions while making deliveries more accessible.

• 6+ years of professional experience in data engineering and analytics, including 2+ years leading teams of Sr. Data/Analytics Engineers.
• Deep understanding of modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Looker) and data governance practices.
• Strong track record partnering with executives and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into data strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
