Sr. Helpline & Immigration Counsel

• Provide high-quality, person-centered legal services on the Repro Legal Helpline, including immigration-specific concerns.
• Develop the Helpline's capacity to field immigration-related inquiries and mentor Helpline Counsel.
• Collaborate with the Litigation Team on criminal defense cases involving immigration legal needs and conduct research.
• Supervise Helpline Counsel, manage performance, and support professional development.

This role ensures that people facing reproductive legal crises, particularly those with immigration concerns, receive compassionate, expert legal support, advancing reproductive justice and defending against state violence.

• J.D. and bar admission in at least one state; minimum 6-8 years of legal experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in immigration defense and 2 years supervising skilled attorneys.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Commitment to social justice and racial justice/anti-racist principles; familiarity with reproductive justice issues.
