Sr. Director, Operational Excellence

• Lead continuous improvement and standardization of key operational processes, driving cost synergies through simplification and automation.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to establish test scenarios, ensure UAT meets requirements, and map/improve process flows.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technology to simplify customer management, reducing enrollment and allocation time by 30% by Q1 2027.
• Deliver business reviews of operational improvements to leadership and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

This role expands access to clean, affordable community solar energy, making renewable energy more equitable for underserved communities and reducing carbon emissions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Economics, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree a plus.
• 4+ years of Community Solar experience and 3+ years of technical or project management experience including UAT.
• Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA, or DMAIC certification preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint required; Salesforce, data management, BI tools, and SQL proficiency a plus.
