What you will drive
- Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Account Executives across North America, Europe, and emerging markets.
- Own the global team ARR quota and drive consistent, predictable revenue through rigorous pipeline management and enterprise account planning.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Technical Services to close complex deals and retain customers globally.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-region sales leadership role.
- Experience selling into energy, power markets, utilities, renewables, or adjacent industries (required).
- Strong MEDDPICC discipline and experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM at a process level.
- Comfort operating across time zones, regulatory environments, and procurement processes including European and Canadian markets.
