Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the strategy, buildout, and operation of EPE’s enterprise data ecosystem, including data platform, integration, governance, and AI-ready capabilities.
- Establish a multi-year data, integration, governance, and AI-ready platform roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Build and lead a scalable global team across data engineering, governance, integration, and platform services.
- Partner with business, engineering, software, and AI teams to enable AI transformation through governed data products and integration patterns.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 15+ years of experience in data, technology platforms, enterprise applications, or IT leadership.
- Proven experience leading enterprise data platform initiatives (e.g., Snowflake, lakehouse, cloud data ecosystems); AWS experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms, data lake/lakehouse architecture, and cloud data ecosystems.
- Experience with data integration patterns (ETL/ELT, APIs, streaming, batch), data governance, and AI-enabling data products.
