Mission

What you will drive

  • Accelerate vertical market development in Arkansas across transportation mitigation and water quality platforms while supporting local natural channel restoration and mine reclamation projects.
  • Serve as the face of RES to clients, agencies, and industry partners, identifying and closing opportunities for ecological restoration, water quality, and resilience solutions.
  • Lead proposal development, deal structuring, and manage external relationships to bring deals from idea to execution.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • BS/BA in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a related industry with complex solutions and multi-year sales cycles.
  • Experience structuring deals, assessing financial health, and working with contracts.
  • Experience supporting ecological restoration projects via CWA, NGO, and/or Public Works.
