Role details

Create compelling donor communications and fundraising narratives for a nonprofit raising $40–50M annually across major gifts, mid-level, and foundation audiences.
- Develop proposals, reports, and donor-facing collateral translating program priorities into solutions-oriented narratives combining data and storytelling.
- Build relationships with program teams to deliver rapid-response donor communications on achievements and strategic developments.
- Produce three to five annual program briefs and coordinate portfolio-wide communications including appeals, acknowledgement letters, and event materials.
- Manage donor proposal calendars, vendor coordination, and data coding to ensure accurate audience segmentation across development streams.
- Requires strong writing and narrative development skills; experience in nonprofit fundraising communications or major gifts support preferred.
