Role details
Lead the strategy, growth, and operations of a fiscal sponsorship program supporting high-impact projects across AI safety, animal welfare, and global health.
- Own SP's strategy, project selection, and graduation frameworks; represent the program to prospective projects and funders.
- Establish risk assessment and compliance frameworks covering financial, employment, legal, and leadership risks.
- Manage Special Project Managers and team capacity planning; set OKRs and ensure strong project director satisfaction.
- Requires solid operations experience (HR, legal, finance) with US 501(c)(3) knowledge and people management at scale.
- Requires familiarity with effective altruism landscape and at least one of RP's cause areas; generalist mindset essential.
