What you will drive

- Own projects independently by scoping ambiguous problems, planning solutions, and executing with minimal oversight.
- Manage diverse initiatives including episode impact assessments, guest triage, and Substack content production.
- Evaluate episode success through audience feedback and metric tracking to inform content strategy.
- Coordinate across team members and contractors while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
