Special Projects Associate / Analyst, Studio Team

• Drive forward special projects that expand the Studio Team's capacity and impact.
• Own projects independently by scoping ambiguous problems, planning solutions, and executing with minimal oversight.
• Manage diverse initiatives including episode impact assessments, guest triage, and Substack content production.
• Evaluate episode success through audience feedback and metric tracking to inform content strategy.
• Coordinate across team members and contractors while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

This role directly supports the Studio Team's mission to produce high-impact content that helps individuals find careers where they can do the most good, thereby contributing to solving the world's most pressing problems.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with content production or media is a plus.
