What you will drive

  • Drive forward special projects that expand the Studio Team's capacity and impact.
  • Own projects independently by scoping ambiguous problems, planning solutions, and executing with minimal oversight.
  • Manage diverse initiatives including episode impact assessments, guest triage, and Substack content production.
  • Evaluate episode success through audience feedback and metric tracking to inform content strategy.
  • Coordinate across team members and contractors while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
