Production Coordinator / Associate, Studio Team

• Coordinate the podcast editing pipeline, assigning episodes, tracking capacity, and supporting technical recordings.
• Maintain production systems and file management to keep operations running smoothly.
• Review video edits against house standards and provide quality control.
• Provide technical support for recordings, including pre-call setup, remote sessions, and in-person studio assistance.
• Cover editing tasks when needed and gradually take on editor onboarding and contractor assessment.
