Mission
What you will drive
- Recruit, hire, and train canvassers to effectively conduct door-to-door conversations.
- Manage turf cutting, assignment, and analyze canvasser performance using VAN and other tools.
- Ensure quality control, scheduling, and timely payment of canvassers.
- Complete at least one canvass shift per week and coordinate transportation logistics.

- At least one election cycle of canvassing experience (electoral or issue organizing).
