Mission
What you will drive
- Interpret and analyze solution health metrics (usage trends, NPS, connect rates, risk signals) to develop targeted strategies that improve customer value realization at scale.
- Proactively address common solution challenges by designing and executing enablement programs such as expert-led office hours, specialized webinars, and use case campaigns.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to the Customer Success organization, providing technical guidance to drive customer value realization.
- Act as a solution-level advocate, capturing high-value feedback to influence the product roadmap and resolve solution-specific roadblocks.

What makes you a great fit

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate functional solution mastery into tangible business outcomes.
- High proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools to drive business decisions.
