What you will drive
- Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, utility partners, and internal teams, building strong relationships to support program participation.
- Drive project advancement through proactive communication, coordination, and follow-up, ensuring efficient project completion.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, recommending practical improvements to enhance program operations and scalability.
- Report on project and program activity, maintain trackers and databases, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in energy efficiency programs, account management, customer success, outreach, or project coordination.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with ability to engage across vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Comfort balancing people-facing responsibilities with administrative, operational, and process-driven work.

In addition, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
