Solution Delivery Coordinator (Business)

• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, utility partners, and internal teams, building strong relationships to support program participation.
• Drive project advancement through proactive communication, coordination, and follow-up, ensuring efficient project completion.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, recommending practical improvements to enhance program operations and scalability.
• Report on project and program activity, maintain trackers and databases, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

This role directly supports utility energy efficiency programs that reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, contributing to a cleaner environment and a sustainable energy future.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in energy efficiency programs, account management, customer success, outreach, or project coordination.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with ability to engage across vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Comfort balancing people-facing responsibilities with administrative, operational, and process-driven work.

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on skills, experience, and qualifications. The base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000. In addition, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
