Solution Consultant - Carbon

• Partner with sales teams to understand prospect's ESG/Carbon tech stack, data maturity, and reporting pain points, and determine how Workiva Carbon solves their challenges.
• Build and deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations and proof of concepts to validate requirements and secure technical wins.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Carbon Accounting & GHG Management, acting as a trusted advisor to technical buyers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Climate Consulting, and Product Marketing teams to influence Carbon strategy and ensure smooth customer onboarding.

This role helps organizations measure and manage their carbon footprint, enabling them to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and contribute to climate change mitigation through effective carbon accounting and reporting.

• Minimum 4 years of related experience; Bachelor's degree (or Master's with 2 years, or PhD without experience).
• Experience with EHS, Carbon Accounting, or GHG processes and related technology platforms.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to present to business/IT managers and executives.
• Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred.

On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 127,000 - 203,000 USD Annual. Eligible for commission based on sales performance. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
