What you will drive

  • Lead the operational performance, safety, and reliability of assigned wind generation assets.
  • Establish and execute standardized operating procedures and a comprehensive risk management framework to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset efficiency, output, and profitability.
  • Provide leadership and direction to internal teams and contractors, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and safety-focused culture.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership within the utility or energy industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing geographically dispersed assets, including operations, maintenance, performance optimization, and outage management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary range across all U.S. locations: $140,000 - $190,000 USD annually. Eligible for annual cash bonus.
