Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as regional technical expert and field leader, overseeing operational excellence and coordinating complex preventative and corrective maintenance for solar PV and energy storage systems.
- Manage state electrical permitting, act as regional safety approval authority for LOTO procedures, and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, collaborate with management and third-party vendors to optimize regional performance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Active Master Electrician license and valid New Mexico CID Journeyman Electrician certificate (EE-98J classification) required.
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in solar PV installation, operations, and maintenance.
- Master-level understanding of electrical theory, commercial/utility-scale solar configurations, and ability to work safely in 34,500VAC and 1500VDC environments.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and vendor management skills; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
