What you will drive
- Lead comprehensive inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of solar power plants and energy storage systems.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and corrective action plans.
- Mentor and train junior technicians on safety, inspection, and maintenance procedures.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2–4 years of experience in the solar industry or related electrical field.
- Valid New Mexico CID Journeyman Electrician certificate (EE-98J classification).
- OSHA 30-hour and NFPA 70e certifications; FAA Part 107 certification preferred.
- Proficient in electrical systems, solar technologies, diagnostic tools (I/V Curve Tracers, Meggers), and reading schematics.
