Solar Monitoring and Specialist

• Confirm monitoring is reporting correctly on all new solar projects.
• Create and configure monitoring portals for customer solar systems in manufacturer software (SolarEdge, Sunpower, Enphase).
• Provide monitoring, field technician, and customer support, including troubleshooting and remote support for repair and maintenance.
• Coordinate with SunPower on monitoring and warranty issues, and register warranties.

This role helps homeowners take control of their energy, reduce bills, and stay protected, contributing to the broader mission of energy empowerment and the transition to renewable energy.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar field.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in various systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SolarEdge Portal, Sunpower Portal, or Enphase Portal highly preferred.
