What you will drive
- Drive code architecture evolution and lead SW development team members developing Network Management system.
- Coordinate SW development activities across various agile teams and define SW development strategies.
- Cooperate with Department Leaders, QA, UX and Embedded SW specialists to drive continuous improvement for SW development processes and tools.
- Implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable software solutions while enhancing code review strategies and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 5 years of experience in backend or frontend software development.
- 3+ years of experience as a Team Leader.
- Strong experience in Kotlin (Spring framework welcomed) and TypeScript, Modern JavaScript, HTML5.
- Experience with React, JavaScript ecosystem (Vite, Node, Vitest), Linux, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
