Mission
What you will drive
- Support the overall social media strategy of When We All Vote and the Party at the Polls program, including creating and developing original content ideas.
- Manage and execute the creation of social media toolkits for partners, talent, and big campaign moments.
- Develop content across social platforms, including drafting, coordinating with design and video teams, scheduling, and posting.
- Lead community management, analyze digital metrics, and support video content strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of experience in nonprofit and/or political environments, including internships.
- 2+ years of experience working in communications and social media.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and prior experience with Sprout, Canva, CapCut, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging social media platforms, especially video-first platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
