What you will drive
- Develop and maintain a global social media content calendar aligned with organizational priorities, campaigns, events, advocacy work, and fundraising goals.
- Write clear, persuasive, and creative social media copy tailored to diverse global audiences, translating complex women-centered climate, health, and human rights issues into accessible digital narratives.
- Create and edit multimedia content including reels, short videos, graphics, and social cards using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Figma.
- Monitor social media channels, support audience engagement, and use analytics to strengthen digital strategy over time.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in social media management, copywriting, digital content creation, communications, or advocacy campaigns, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to translate complex issues into compelling digital content for diverse global audiences.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including experience managing content calendars and multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to create and optimize content for major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter) and familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
