Mission
What you will drive
- Recruit and engage at least 100 small business owners in target states through one-on-one outreach, referrals, events, and partner networks.
- Organize election protection activities, recruiting business owners into at least 80 actions including poll work, election observation, and voter education.
- Support storytelling and public engagement by recruiting participants for media opportunities and helping business owners communicate about election integrity.
- Track progress and strengthen programs by keeping accurate organizing data in CRM and providing feedback on strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of experience in community organizing, political organizing, or labor organizing.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate, and develop volunteer leaders.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
