Small Business Organizer (Raleigh-Durham, Phoenix, or San Antonio)

• Recruit and engage at least 100 small business owners in target states through one-on-one outreach, referrals, events, and partner networks.
• Organize election protection activities, recruiting business owners into at least 80 actions including poll work, election observation, and voter education.
• Support storytelling and public engagement by recruiting participants for media opportunities and helping business owners communicate about election integrity.
• Track progress and strengthen programs by keeping accurate organizing data in CRM and providing feedback on strategy.

This role strengthens democratic institutions by mobilizing small business owners to participate in election protection and civic engagement, ensuring fair and trusted elections.

• 2+ years of experience in community organizing, political organizing, or labor organizing.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate, and develop volunteer leaders.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
