Site Supervisor

• Plan and coordinate all on-site activities for project execution, including resources, equipment, and milestones.
• Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective completion of start-up, construction, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
• Manage subcontractors, maintain customer relationships, and report progress to the Project Manager.

This role ensures the safe and efficient delivery of power grid projects, contributing to a sustainable energy future and reliable electricity for communities.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent skills.
• 5+ years of experience in construction and/or installation business.
• Good understanding of transmission regulations and current HSE legislation.
• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
