What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee the safe and optimal performance of renewable energy assets, managing contractors for planned and corrective maintenance within time, quality, and cost parameters.
- Ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental (HSQE) standards across wind farms, conducting audits, documenting incidents, and leading emergency planning.
- Operate and maintain 4 power plants (mainly windfarms), focusing on maximizing asset generation, identifying risks, and coordinating technical activities like component exchanges.
- Deliver works within defined budgets, provide inputs for annual budgets, and produce monthly operational reports on asset management and site performance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills, experience, qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience in the renewables industry, with preference for onshore wind farm management and knowledge of PV plants.
- Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil construction fields.
- Strong experience in managing contractors and HSQE topics, with previous experience in operation and maintenance of HV/LV electrical plant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; knowledge of wind turbine brands (e.g., Nordex, Vestas) is a plus.
