Site Manager - North East France

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe and optimal performance of renewable energy assets, managing contractors for planned and corrective maintenance within time, quality, and cost parameters.
• Ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental (HSQE) standards across wind farms, conducting audits, documenting incidents, and leading emergency planning.
• Operate and maintain 4 power plants (mainly windfarms), focusing on maximizing asset generation, identifying risks, and coordinating technical activities like component exchanges.
• Deliver works within defined budgets, provide inputs for annual budgets, and produce monthly operational reports on asset management and site performance.

This role creates positive change by overseeing renewable energy assets that produce clean power, supporting the transition to sustainable energy and contributing to environmental initiatives that benefit communities.

Required skills, experience, qualifications:

• 2-5 years experience in the renewables industry, with preference for onshore wind farm management and knowledge of PV plants.
• Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil construction fields.
• Strong experience in managing contractors and HSQE topics, with previous experience in operation and maintenance of HV/LV electrical plant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; knowledge of wind turbine brands (e.g., Nordex, Vestas) is a plus.
