Mission
What you will drive
- Lead all on-site activities of a project to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during start-up, construction, erection, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
- Plan project on-site activities with Senior Management Team and Project Manager, including resources, equipment, and milestones; coordinate agreement between customer and external resources on construction targets, health and safety, site organization, and policy.
- Serve as project representative on site, building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and local stakeholders; ensure correct handling, storage, and installation of equipment; manage sub-contractors to achieve quality and progress.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent skills.
- 5+ years of experience as Site Manager in construction and/or installation business.
- Good understanding of transmission regulations and current HSE legislation.
- Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills; proactive and flexible.
