Site Compliance Liaison

• Ensure construction operations comply with legal regulations, internal policies, Code of Conduct, and IRA contractual requirements.
• Monitor compliance with hiring practices, treatment of site employees, and accurate time reporting.
• Conduct audits, identify non-compliance, and collaborate with the Compliance Manager to address findings.
• Serve as the independent on-site enforcer of the Code of Conduct and promote whistleblower programs.

This role ensures ethical and legal compliance in renewable energy construction, preventing fraud and protecting worker rights, thereby supporting the integrity of clean energy projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Construction, Risk Management or similar field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in an auditor or similar compliance role.
• In-depth knowledge of industry processes, regulations, and risk management principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and travel 30-50%.
