Short-Form Video Content Creator

• Edit raw video footage into engaging, vertical short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce 6-8 videos per month, crafting story-driven content that educates, inspires, and motivates audiences around animal protection issues.
• Appear on camera for select content and collaborate with the communications team for messaging alignment.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to inform future content strategy.

This role helps grow brand awareness and reach new audiences for animal protection stories, driving engagement and support for animal welfare causes.

• Demonstrated experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or YouTube Shorts.
• Strong video editing skills with a clear sense of pacing, tone, and storytelling.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking directly to audiences.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting.

This is an independent contractor role with project-based or monthly-retainer compensation. Contractor supplies own equipment and software. Expected deliverables: 6-8 videos per month plus monthly analytics reporting.
