Service Operations Representative

• Manage and resolve complex service requests and operational issues for Mid-Market customers post-implementation.
• Ensure ticket quality and proactive management of the unassigned queue to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate with external hauling partners and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

This role ensures that Mid-Market customers receive reliable, sustainable waste and recycling services, directly contributing to RoadRunner's mission of accelerating the road to Zero Waste and reducing environmental impact.

Pay range: $21 - $24.04 per hour with 3% bonus. Remote position within the United States (excluding certain states). Hours: 8am - 5pm EST. Recognized as a Best Place to Work (2025) and award-winning sustainability company.
