Mission
What you will drive
- Manage and resolve complex service requests and operational issues for Mid-Market customers post-implementation.
- Ensure ticket quality and proactive management of the unassigned queue to maintain service standards.
- Coordinate with external hauling partners and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
