Mission
What you will drive
- Assign service repair activities to SMA field resources and external Medium Voltage service providers via the Salesforce Planning Board, based on availability and customer or case priority level.
- Monitor dispatch queues for new service cases, align parts and field resources to meet customer service repair activity within defined service levels.
- Monitor existing service cases for key customers and service contracts to ensure end-to-end delivery times and milestones are met, taking proactive action as needed.
- Ensure Medium Voltage issues reported by customers are escalated to MV manufacturers before planning service repair activities, and perform quality control of dispatched service cases.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Associate's degree in business, logistics, or a technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with customer service ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve operational complications.
