Mission

What you will drive

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the service corps program, including onboarding, paperwork, hours tracking, surveys, and stipend payments.
  • Serve as the connector across local staff and cross-functional departments (finance, operations, data) to ensure deadlines are met and records are accurate.
  • Identify and implement AI tools and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in operations, program coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Comfort with data entry and a high bar for accuracy.
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn Salesforce, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Adobe Sign, and Bill.com.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Annual salary between $52,000 - $65,000 depending on location.
