Service Corps Operations Associate

• Support the day-to-day operations of the service corps program, including onboarding, paperwork, hours tracking, surveys, and stipend payments.
• Serve as the connector across local staff and cross-functional departments (finance, operations, data) to ensure deadlines are met and records are accurate.
• Identify and implement AI tools and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.

This role enables Repair the World to scale its Jewish service movement by ensuring smooth operations, allowing staff to focus on participants and partners, and leveraging AI to increase efficiency.

• 1–2 years of professional experience in operations, program coordination, administration, or a similar role.
• Comfort with data entry and a high bar for accuracy.
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn Salesforce, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Adobe Sign, and Bill.com.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Annual salary between $52,000 - $65,000 depending on location.
