Senior Vice President of Business Development, Services

• Lead the transformation of SOLV Energy's Services business development organization into a high-performance culture, driving sales pipeline growth and customer relationships for O&M, Technical Services, and Repower.
• Develop and implement key account management best practices, solution sales strategies, and assertive pricing to capture margin premium.
• Lead multiple functional teams including key account management, proposal support, market intelligence, and sales operations, while contributing to overall strategy development for SOLV Services.

This role drives the growth of renewable energy services, enabling the expansion of solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects nationwide, thereby accelerating the transition to clean energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development roles with a consistent record of hitting targets, including significant time in the Services sector (energy business experience preferred, utility-scale renewable energy highly desirable).
• Proven leadership skills in transforming a BD function, with strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
