Mission

What you will drive

  • Assist in the successful delivery of major development applications and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across various project types.
  • Provide planning advice to colleagues and clients on planning consent requirements and the application of permitted development rights.
  • Write Planning Statements and Design and Access Statements, and lead submission and management of planning applications.
  • Contribute to preparation of commercial tenders and carry out planning research and analysis.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience in town planning, particularly in infrastructure projects such as energy, rail, water, or housing.
  • Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage planning applications.
  • Strong written and communication skills for preparing planning documents and stakeholder engagement.
  • Chartered or Licentiate Planner status preferred.
