Senior Town Planner

• Assist in the successful delivery of major development applications and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across various project types.
• Provide planning advice to colleagues and clients on planning consent requirements and the application of permitted development rights.
• Write Planning Statements and Design and Access Statements, and lead submission and management of planning applications.
• Contribute to preparation of commercial tenders and carry out planning research and analysis.

This role contributes to the delivery of major infrastructure projects that support the energy transition, sustainable development, and community growth, helping to shape the built environment in a responsible way.

• Experience in town planning, particularly in infrastructure projects such as energy, rail, water, or housing.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage planning applications.
• Strong written and communication skills for preparing planning documents and stakeholder engagement.
• Chartered or Licentiate Planner status preferred.
