Mission
What you will drive
- Assist in the successful delivery of major development applications and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across various project types.
- Provide planning advice to colleagues and clients on planning consent requirements and the application of permitted development rights.
- Write Planning Statements and Design and Access Statements, and lead submission and management of planning applications.
- Contribute to preparation of commercial tenders and carry out planning research and analysis.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience in town planning, particularly in infrastructure projects such as energy, rail, water, or housing.
- Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage planning applications.
- Strong written and communication skills for preparing planning documents and stakeholder engagement.
- Chartered or Licentiate Planner status preferred.
