Senior Telecom Business Analyst

• Conduct user research and create detailed PMO to FMO process documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and translate business needs into automated, digitized system transformations
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and document business requirements for development teams using Scaled Agile methodologies

• BA/BS and 8-10 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams
• Expertise in AI and automation technologies for process optimization
• Proficient in technical writing and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Visio)
