Senior Telecom Business Analyst

• Conduct user research and create detailed PMO to FMO process documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and translate business needs into scalable system transformations
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and document business requirements using Scaled Agile methodologies
• Act as a gateway between business needs and system capabilities, ensuring designs meet business goals while minimizing complexity

• BA/BS and 8-10 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams
• Proven experience creating development-ready Epics/Features with acceptance criteria
• Expertise in AI and automation technologies for process optimization
