Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote)

• Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, stakeholder alignment, and offer creation and negotiation.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage and convert high-quality, passive candidates.
• Proactively build and maintain strategic talent pipelines aligned with Jua.ai’s growth roadmap.
• Design and continuously improve interview processes, assessments, and overall candidate experience.

By scaling Jua's engineering and technical teams, you will directly contribute to building Physical AI, a real model of the world that powers energy, robotics, and superintelligence, enabling a sustainable and intelligent future.

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on hiring engineering and technical talent in fast-paced startup or scaling environments.
• Proven experience owning the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end and building or improving hiring processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills, with proven ability to partner closely with founders and senior technical leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and discuss technical concepts (e.g., model training, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, or data pipelines) with hiring teams and candidates.
