Senior Technical Project Manager (Remote - US)

• Manage multiple concurrent, medium-to-large scale technical projects ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Build comprehensive project plans, delivery timelines, and dependency models for cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Optimize project execution by applying appropriate methodologies (Agile, Kanban, hybrid) and resolve complex issues involving system dependencies, data integrity, and resource conflicts.
• Anticipate delivery risks, mitigate technical and operational constraints, and mentor junior team members.

This role directly contributes to large-scale energy, carbon, and water-use savings by delivering market-based programs that drive climate solutions, helping utilities, government, and institutional customers achieve sustainability goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Environmental Science, or related) required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex technical projects or project teams.
• Relevant project management certification (PMP or equivalent) required.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall); excellent technical written and verbal communication skills.

Salary range: $107,000 – $140,000 annually (target $107,000 - $126,000). Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, pre-tax contribution plans, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
