• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber active and passive talent.
• Leverage AI-powered recruitment technologies such as Eightfold AI to enhance sourcing effectiveness and candidate engagement.
• Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner, providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and consultative guidance to stakeholders.

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within multinational or global organizations.
• Proven success recruiting across APAC markets.
• Strong track record of direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, commercial, or corporate functions.
