Mission

What you will drive

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, and HR to support the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual and in-person) with candidates, Hiring Managers, and interview panels.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements including MVR’s, Clearinghouse, DOT physicals, drug screens and background reports.
  • Manage recruiting workflows and candidate documentation within Workday.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Workday applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
  • Adaptability and flexibility with sound time management and organization skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume work environment with changing priorities.
