Senior Systems Engineer

• Develop System Engineering plans, processes, system definitions, technical requirements, and system architectures for rail projects.
• Manage technical requirements using tools like DOORS and ComplyPro, and deliver systems engineering processes to support customer requirements.
• Provide senior technical expertise, evaluate system interrelationships, develop scope of works, and serve as the senior technical resource for the team.
• Ensure quality through specialized technical input, development of study and design procedures, and participation in multi-disciplinary reviews.

This role contributes to the planning, design, and management of transportation systems, helping to restore and replace aging infrastructure to move people more efficiently across cities, countries, and continents.

• Established railway systems safety professional with experience leading a team of safety engineering professionals.
• Experience in developing system engineering plans, processes, and technical requirements.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools such as DOORS or ComplyPro.
• Ability to provide technical leadership throughout the infrastructure lifecycle from feasibility to detailed design.
