Senior Sustainability Consultant

• Support clients in developing and understanding their sustainability and decarbonisation requirements.
• Develop, deliver, and review whole life carbon reduction strategies for various scoping mechanisms.
• Liaise with clients and designers to implement sustainability strategies from early design through construction.
• Deliver assessment certification schemes such as BREEAM and DREAM.

This role helps clients design and deliver low-carbon, resilient, and sustainable estates, contributing to climate change mitigation and environmental sustainability across sectors including UK Defence & National Security.

• Experience in delivering sustainability and carbon services for major public and private sector clients.
• Knowledge of whole life carbon reduction strategies and assessment schemes (BREEAM, DREAM, LEED, WELL).
• Ability to support work winning through bidding and tender processes.
• Mentoring skills to support junior staff development.
